A Beautiful Gift . . .

Remember when I used to post on here? Yeah, I can hardly remember it either. . . My bad.

I wish I could explain how much I was (and continue to be) blown away by the beauty of my sweet friend Cristina when she was pregnant. I say it in the past tense because sweet Amalia was born a few weeks ago, so I thought I'd post a few pictures from the maternity session we shot before I needed to post pictures from the newborn session we did!

Love you sweet friend, you are already a wonderful momma and one of the most beautiful people I know.

 

Cookies, books, and balloons

I realize that I am so woefully behind on blogging photo sessions that there is literally no way I would ever "catch-up." Instead, I'm just going to ignore the last however long I didnt blog sessions, and share a sneak peek for my sweet friends who are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new little one.  We had a great time at my house, taking pictures with some balloons in the park, reading books together, and even making cookies!

Molly and Ty, y'all are going to be the best mommy and daddy ever . . . and I cant wait to meet your new bundle, hopefully sometime very soon!

 

Love birds

One of the most wonderful parts of this photography gig is meeting so many wonderful new people, and connecting with old friends. Sarah is one such "old friend," since she was in my church youth group way back in middle school I think it was. She is just as sweet and beautiful now as she was back then. And I was thrilled to meet Dylan and see just how much he adored her. They are so perfect for each other!
As a general rule, I don't really like birds all that much. In decor, however, I think that they are just the cutest thing. And for weddings? Perfect! I loved, loved, loved all of the special personal touches that Sarah used for her wedding decor. The whole day was personal and beautiful and just wonderful, and I was honored to be a part of it!
